Randwick Stalls Up & Going

With the lucrative Autumn Racing Carnival looming at Sydney’s Royal Randwick, Altitude Services have been hard at it tweaking and refining the twin altitude stalls at John Thompson’s racing stables. With targeted races happening in early to mid April the 5-6 week lead in for John’s fancied runners is almost ideal.

Sea level air is 20.9% oxygen, by dropping the 02 levels to 18% John's horses start their altitude adaptation program at the equivalent of 1250m, over the next 3-4 weeks the 02 levels will drop progressively down to 14% 02 which is equivalent to about 3200m of altitude exposure.
